On page 443, the primer sequences for quantitative analysis of Tim-2 expression are incorrect. The corrected sequences are as follows: Forward primer: 5′-CCTCTACTTCTCCAACACCAGCA-3′ Reverse primer: 5′-CCTCAGCTGTAGTCTGATCTGGATAA-3′ FAM probe: 5′-ACACAGAGACCTACAAACCAGAGGCCACTACA-3′. Mice were examined daily for signs of EAE. Mice treated with Tim-2Ig demonstrated significantly lower (P < 0.01) cumulative disease scores when compared with PBS and hIgG controls.
