PSA was performed as previously described (6). Mice were injected intravenously with 20 or 2 μg mouse anti-DNP IgE mAb (Sigma-Aldrich) via the tail vein. 24 h after IgE loading, 1 mg DNP-HSA was injected intravenously. Core body temperatures were recorded over time by measuring rectal temperature. Negative controls received either IgE + Evans blue or DNP-HSA + Evans blue. Investigators were blinded to genotype during all experiments.
