Intracellular distribution of ZAP70 in human Jurkat T cells. Wild-type cells were stimulated for 1 min with 10 μg/ml of anti-CD3 antibody OKT3. After fixation and permeabilization, the cells were incubated with a ZAP70-specific antiserum and then double-stained with both a fluoresceinated goat anti–rabbit Ig antibody and a Texas red–labeled goat anti–mouse Ig antibody. ZAP70 (green) appears clearly concentrated near the plasma membrane, where the TCR–CD3 complex (red) is located. See related article in this issue by Sahuquillo et al., pp. 1179–1192.
