In this table, we show the percentage of IFN-γ–producing NK cells among the total DX5+CD3 splenocyte pool at two different time points after infection (percentage of total). The contribution of the Ly49L+ NK cells to the production of IFN-γ was calculated by dividing the percentage of Ly49L+IFN-γ+ by the total percentage of IFN-γ+ NK cells. Data represent the percent mean ± SD of three mice per group from one of two experiments performed.
