Mice were adoptively transferred with T cell fractions as shown in Fig. 5 A. On day 4 of transfer, peribronchial LN cells and cells from the BAL fluid were prepared and stained with mAb against CD3, the clonotypic OVA-TCR (KJ1-26), ICOS, CD69, and CD62L. Percentages of ICOS+, CD69+, and CD62Llow cells in the CD3+OVA-TCR+ populations are given.
