Mice were adoptively transferred with T cell fractions as shown in Fig. 5 A. On day 4 of transfer, peribronchial LN cells were prepared. Cells were activated with PMA and ionomycin for 5 h in the presence of Brefeldin A for the last 3 h and analyzed for intracellular cytokines by flow cytometry. Percentages of cytokine-producing cells in the CD4+OVA-TCR+ populations are given.
