The P value is the result of an extra sum-of-squares F test that tested the null hypothesis of the parameter having the same value in the three fits. A high P value means that the three fits are likely to share a common value of the corresponding parameter.

Values for the best fit are shown ± SEM. As the fit was done with log[Ca2+] values, a logEC50 was obtained. EC50 was calculated applying antilogarithm, and a range was calculated with the corresponding SEM values.
