Prezygote accumulation was determined as described in Materials and Methods. More than 200 mating pairs were scored for each strain pair. MATa partner was LM23-3az.
Mating frequency was measured as the percent of prototrophic diploids formed/total viable cells after limited mating to MATa partner, LM24-3az. Averages ± SD of duplicate filter mating determinations.
