Samples were blotted with the pan-Aurora T-loop antibody that detects active Aurora A/B/C. (B) Parental and PPP6C KO HeLa cells treated with Aurora A (AurA-i) or Aurora B inhibitors (AurB-i) for 30 min were stained for the spindle checkpoint proteins BUB1 and BUBR1.
